Your guide will meet you outside your accommodation or at the nearest accessible meeting point in the medina, as many streets are not reachable by car. Your guide will hold a sign with your name or the tour name and will contact you via WhatsApp or phone before arrival to confirm the exact location. If your riad is hard to reach, a nearby meeting point may be arranged (nearest main road, Jemaa el-Fna square, or an easily identifiable café). The exact meeting point will always be confirmed in advance.

Cancellation
