Frequently asked questions

How much does a luxury journey cost?
Price on request: you receive a free, no-obligation day-by-day proposal within 48 hours. The price depends on your dates, your party and the hotels you choose, and you can revise the proposal as often as you like before deciding.
How far ahead should we book?
Book Premium journeys four to six months ahead and Ultra-Luxury journeys seven to nine months ahead: palace hotels and the best desert camps have few rooms. Shorter notice is sometimes possible, so ask.
Are the journeys really private?
Yes. Your vehicle, driver and guide travel with your party only, and the itinerary is built for you rather than for a group departure. You never join a shared tour.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Your proposal is free. Our cancellation and refund policy applies to quote-based journeys like to every other booking: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service, with a full refund. Because hotels and camps are reserved for you months ahead, your quote states clearly which parts, if any, are non-refundable, together with the payment schedule, and you accept it before paying anything.
