These terms define the booking, payment and cancellation conditions for the tourism services (guided tours, excursions and activities) presented on the website.
2. Booking
Any request made through the website constitutes a booking request. A booking is only final once we have confirmed availability. The information provided by the customer must be accurate and complete.
3. Prices
Prices are shown per person, in the displayed currency, and are inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise stated. They may change at any time, but the service is invoiced at the rate in effect when the booking is confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment terms (deposit, balance, accepted methods) are specified when the booking is confirmed. No amount is charged until the booking has been confirmed.
5. Cancellation and changes
The cancellation and modification conditions, as well as any applicable fees, are communicated to you at the time of booking. In the event of force majeure or conditions making the activity impossible or unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the service and to offer you a refund or an alternative date.
6. Liability
The customer agrees to follow the safety instructions and the programme. Welcome to Morocco cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with these instructions or from circumstances beyond its control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office. Any dispute will, failing an amicable resolution, be submitted to the competent courts.
