Get picked up in the morning and drive about 3 hours to Meknes. Meet your local guide and enjoy a 3 hour walking tour through the city. Explore on your own or take a guided tour of the ruins. Drive to Fes after spending time in Volubilis and check-in to your beautiful, historic riad in the medina. Relax and enjoy your evening in Fes at your leisure. The next morning your guide will pick up at 9:00 AM for a walking tour of the city. The tour begins at Bab Boujloud, one of the gates which lead into the medina. Visit ancient buildings such as the Madrasa Bou Inania and El-Attarine. See Koran schools for religious studies and the University and Mosque of Al-Karaouine. Stop by the Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts and Crafts and see traditional tools, carpets, furniture, and musical instruments in a beautifully restored caravanserai. Conclude your time with a panoramic view over the roofs and chimneys of Fes from a nearby hill and have lunch. At about 3:00 PM you will be driven back to Casablanca.
